DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY TO TECHNICAL REGULATIONS - (TR Declaration)

The declaration of conformity with technical regulations has the same value and content of the declaration of conformity GOST R In the first case, the document attesting the conformity of a product with the requirements of technical regulations, in the second case the requirements of GOST. While the model for the declaration of conformity TR has been approved and introduced by the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) by order No. 54 of 22/03/2006.
There are some differences in the structure of the document, which relate to the position of the registration number of the document and its alphanumeric sequence. The registration number of the declaration of conformity GOST R is placed at the bottom of the document, while the declaration is located in the upper TR, immediately after the header.

Please note that the declaration of conformity TR, similar to the declaration of conformity GOST R, can only be granted to an individual entrepreneur or legal entity under Russian law, including representatives of foreign companies registered in Russia.

Renewal of declaration
The Russian law on certification does not provide for the renewal of the declaration of TR. Therefore, the completion date will have to apply for a new release.
