Scope: machinery and equipment to be placed on the market of the Eurasian Economic Union, including:
Machine categories subject to certification with a notified body: 1. Woodworking machines for domestic or similar use; 2. Off-road vehicles for swamps and snow, snowmobiles and their trailers; 3. Garage Equipment for Motor Vehicles and Trailers; 4. Agricultural machinery; 5. Garden equipment, mechanized forestry vehicles, including electric vehicles; 6. Machines for livestock, poultry and feed production; 7. Portable electric and non-electric tools; 8. Forestry machinery for felling trees and preparing trunks: - portable chainsaws for forestry work; - portable electric chain saws; 9. Quarry and mining machinery and equipment (removal of scales and debris, reinforcement of load-bearing structures); 10. Quarry and mining machinery and equipment (extraction); 11. Machines of the lifting and transport systems of mines; 12. Machines for drilling wells and blast holes, machines for loading and blast hole loading: - pneumatic drills (jackhammers); - pneumatic hammers down the hole; - machine tools for drilling wells in the mining sector; - drilling machines. 13. Ventilation and dust abatement systems: - mining fans; - dust extraction and abatement systems; - oxygen compressors. 14. Lifting and load handling equipment, cranes.
Machine categories subject to conformity assessment under CU TR 010/2011 (RUS 59 KB)
Technical Regulation CU TR 010/2011 also applies to machinery and equipment to be used in establishments at risk of major accidents, subject to Rostekhnadzor surveillance. The conformity assessment of such machinery and equipment takes place under a special procedures.
Machinery excluded from the scope of Technical Regulation CU TR 010/2011:
- used machinery and equipment; - parts and spare parts for already certified machines and equipment; - machines and equipment built for the personal use of their manufacturers; - machines and/or equipment used to ensure the integrity and correct functioning of communication networks, including radio frequency networks; - machines and/or equipment for medical use that come into direct contact with patients; - machines specifically designed for nuclear use; - motor vehicles, except machinery and equipment installed on such vehicles; - vessels and means of transport by waterway, including machinery and equipment installed on such means; - air transport, spaceships; - means of transport on the railway network, including machines specifically designed for use on such means, underground; - specific equipment for playgrounds and/or amusement parks (rides); - weapons, including firearms and military vehicles; - machines and/or equipment for the disabled; - agricultural and forestry tractors, including trailers, excluding machinery and equipment installed on such vehicles; - oil platforms, excluding machinery and equipment installed thereon.

Type and validity of the certificates of conformity issued: 1a) Certificate of conformity for serial manufacturing with a maximum validity of 5 years 1b) Certificate of conformity for single shipment (the expiry date is not indicated) 2a) Declaration of conformity for serial manufacturing with a maximum validity of 5 years 2b) Declaration of conformity for single shipment with a maximum validity of 5 years 3) EAC-type examination certificate

Marking requirements: Each machine must have a clearly visible and indelible marking containing the following information: 1) Manufacturer's name and/or trademark 2) Name and/or designation of the machine 3) Month and year of construction 4) EAC conformity mark
Documentation required for EAC certification: 1) Technical file 2006/42/CE 2) Risk assessment (Justification of Safety) 3) echnical passport and/or user manual 4) Supply contract and/or invoice and/or transport document or mandate contract 5) ISO Certificate (if certified) 6) Other documentation proving the conformity of the machine
Note: The importer or the Manufacturer's Authorized Representative outside the Eurasian Economic Union is obliged to keep the declaration of conformity together with the documentation on the basis of which it was issued for at least 10 years after its expiry date.
