Since January 1, 2014 the Rostekhnadzor RTN permit is abolished

Since January 1, 2014 the RTN stopped issuing permits for the use of technical devices used at hazardous production facilities, according to information posted on the official website of the Federal Office.
In order to use the technical devices subject to the Technical Regulations, that concern the scope of the RTN activities, at hazardous production facilities, the certificate of conformity is enough. For that technical devices that are not covered by the above-mentioned Technical Regulations it is necessary to carry out the examination of industrial safety with the preparation and registration of the technical Report at the Rostekhnadzor.

The Technical Regulations that concern the scope of the RTN activities:

1) Technical regulation on safety of gas distribution and gas consumption networks (Government Decree of 29.10.2010 N 870)

2) Technical regulation on safety of buildings and structures (Federal Law of 30.12.2009 № 384-FZ)

3) Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of machines and equipment"

4) Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "Lift Safety"

5) Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the security equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres"

6) Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the security devices, operating on gaseous fuels"

7) Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety equipment of high pressure"
